To enable us to develop a towing solution for a new vehicle we need to perform a mechanical measure and electrical investigation of the of the vehicle using top of the line industry equipment. This usually takes a full day in our fitting & engineering centre in Deeside, North Wales. Whilst the vehicle is with us great care is taken to look after the vehicle and to return it in the condition we received it in.
With the data gathered, we design a towbar and wiring kit to fit the vehicle; this usually takes several weeks to design and develop prototypes. We then require further access to the vehicle to perform a trial fit with the parts to ensure a seamless fit.
